Long-term care is one of the most demanding industries in the world today. From difficult resident behaviors to overwhelmed coworkers, the challenges can feel endless — and that’s before you even clock out and face life at home. If you're feeling stressed, worried, anxious, or just plain exhausted, you're not alone.
We know, because we've been there too.
