We’re not outsiders looking in. We’ve spent years working in long-term care ourselves — managing residents with complex behaviors, navigating difficult family dynamics, and working alongside overextended, overwhelmed teams.
We started Nursing Supportive Services because we saw a gap: there simply weren’t enough resources focused on caring for the caregivers. We knew something had to change.
Today, we are proud to offer a support system built for long-term care workers, by long-term care workers.
